Downloadable dope card templates formatted for use with common 3M/Scotch brand laminating pouches. Once downloaded, any of the cell values can be changed to customize the card. To hold more data on one card, print your completed card and paste them back-to-back before laminating. Use 3M/Scotch # PL900G pouches for the 4 x 6" card, PL903G for the 2.5 x 3.5".
